Spend two hours at the bench where every Studio Monjo notebook is made. The class is open to beginners, with up to eight people at the table.
Choose
Your ruling and a color of waxed linen thread, from the same shelf as the editions.
Fold
Flat 105 g sheets become an object between your hands.
Stitch
The thread you chose turns the stack into a book.
Paint and sign
A line in ink, a wash of color, a date, and a colophon signed by your hand.
What you leave with
Your own finished
notebook.
You fold, sew, paint and sign it yourself, using the same paper as the studio editions. A line drawing is available if you would rather not begin with a blank cover.

English classes run on weekday afternoons. Korean and French are available by arrangement.
Private sessions are available for two to eight people. If you are visiting Seoul, send your preferred dates before making plans. Full refunds are available until 24 hours before the class.
